While the world goes green we remain reckless

The irony is how we portray an image of helplessness yet ignore little efforts that can go a long way in helping to alleviate the world's supposed global warming problem.  Look no further than the ATM machines deployed in Honiara to see how our little precious resources are wasted without care for the world's dwindling resources.

Lifhaus reporters were out on the prowl again and witnessed the alarming increase in ATM receipts that litter the immediate vicinity of the machine and even further on.

Marist's dismal run finally ends at Lawson Tama

Despite strong verbal warnings issued on the local media, Marist's dismal showing at the O-League has finally come to a pathetic end at Lawson Tama this afternoon.  An impressive Hekari victory condemned the Solomon Islands club champions to the gutter.  Henry Faarodo and Alick Maemae scored each scored in a 4-1 victory which sealed Hekari's impressive run at the O-League.  Marist scored a consolation goal through veteren striker Commins Menapi.

<p>With the currently introduced strick rules on professionalism at the University, Solomon Islands&nbsp; will now hope for a change future for its FSM graduates.</p>

 If the battle that the Fiji of School of Medicine(FSMed) is trying to fight now yields its intended goals somewhere down the line, Pacific countries with students studying at the renowned institution will expect some kind of changes in the attitude toward work by their future doctors.
