There is persistent debate in New Zealand over a 4.8M allocation for development projects in Solomon Islands to New Zealand firm PEDA.  The stunning thing about this story is that only 57 words were contained in the project proposal that clearly highlighted what it was and how the project will work.  Think of it, 57 words and the project is allocated 4.8M

I am stunned, no wonder nothing gets done and we only see the advisers getting fatter...both around the waist and in the pocket!
