Public Phones is good but sometimes its how TB is spread...Mobile phones reduce this risk of spreading contagious diseases. this view is from the medical perspective. But will happen if rates go down for public fones, things will start to balance up i guess. And TB will increase again. I would like to think that TB has reduced dramatically since the introduction mobile fones by Our Telekom. Prolonged mobile fone conversations after 10 years will be another story..So that's probably a valid reason why calls should NOT be too affordable, because one mode will pass germs and the other might introduce brain tumor if its too affordable for the not so informed public. Health and Safety is better than wanting cheaper rates and services...We should be thankful that the higher rates kept us healthy and safe...lol
