If the challeng for Usa to produce documents relating to use of fund for the past four years at the H/court is successful, then in my view the other 49 formers MP should be called upon to do the same at the same venue.

where are thou pressure groups?

too much talking about misuse of RCDF in the media but its all hot air. I would give thump up to the pipol of west guale group who seek high court order for their MP to produce receipt for the funds he receive on behalf of his pipol.

can NCW, TSI, SICA,MAAsina Forum, SINUW etc seek abulk order fo rthe other 49 seats? if not you talking and talking & letters are just hot air.

law firms could be profiteering from fees

legal fees could be another reason. Unless someone pays for the fees nobody is willing to mount a legal challenge. Perhaps some lawyers will offer some advice to the poor fellas who bark alot in the media. One firm i heard charges something like $60/hr and this was the cheapest (save the public solicitors)according to friend.

Watch dog groups mentioned by someone above should step in and help out.
