If thats what you ment then Yes i have. You'll need to create an accont which is free and then activate whatever Bank card that you have..VISA Credit/Debit will work..I used my Westpac VISA Debit card and made TopUps to my Breeze number several times already...works fine..and it will send you an SMS to confirm transactions...Try it out...
