Just thinking out loud.. What if there were two Telecommunication Companies... two SIWA's, two SIEA's every thing except spouses.. Would services be better? Would prices go down?
Then again.. considering the many shops and Judging from the Price of Rice .. I'll just go back to thinking not so loudly

Good thinking Thinker. The country should open up to competitors in those areas as well.

Resources and land owners will certainly benefits alot from water, be it SIWA or electricity (hydro).

The govt should be a partner with them than private companies which will push prices beyond the means of the ordinary folks.

And by all means diverge all RDFs to develop the G/plains on vegetable/animal farmings.

that that is required is a study of the whole area and deep drains to gather for floods such as happened in 1986 with cylone Namu.
